Production ICT infrastructure and Customer Content stored by Company are located in AWS regions in the European Union; support locations are Norway and the European Union. The infrastructure is subject to EU law and the law of its hosting Member State; AWS entities in the United States are also subject to United States jurisdiction. Company uses encryption, access controls, contractual protections, and review procedures to prevent international governmental access or transfer that would conflict with EU or applicable national law. Company reviews government demands, challenges unlawful or overbroad demands where lawful, and discloses only data it is legally required to disclose.
